The shop changed hands around 2024, taken on by the family behind Sew Yeah Quilting after the previous owner’s death, and the community focus has carried through.

The other draw is the classroom — a proper large one, with a full schedule running through it. For snowbirds settling in for the season, that’s often the fastest way to meet people, and it pairs naturally with the Dixie Quilt Guild calendar.

Practical note: it’s on Brigham Road with ample parking, which is a small mercy compared with the downtown shops.
